    Unfortunately, because of high shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping for:

    • Orders outside U.S.A.
    • Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Associated States, Puerto Rico, US Military Addresses (APO, AFO, etc).

    For orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping, we offer discounted shipping rates. To calculate the rate to your destination, click on the "Estimate shipping cost" link on the shopping cart page. Shipping charges vary depending on the location, size, and weight of the package.

  • We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:

    • Products must be in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging.
    • For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.
    • Gift Cards, Hair Brushes, Nose Hair Trimmers, and Opened Sealed Containers cannot be returned.
    • Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit
    • The buyer is responsible for returning the items, and the refund will be issued only after we receive the merchandise. So we encourage our clients to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number.
    • Refunds cover the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.

Very good quality, bad presentation

For the high quality items they sell, I would expect the item I purchased to look pristine in the plastic shell it came in, as I was giving this as a gift for the holidays. I wrote customer service twice and received the same reply --- they all come like this from Germany. If you want to return it, we'll give you a refund. I didn't want a refund. I just wanted the package to look brand new - not half opened and the plastic front cracked. For the price and quality of their items, you should expect the item to look great. I still gave it as a gift to my husband, but if it was anyone else I would not have given it because of how it was presented. As I said, very good quality but lousy customer service and presentation of product.

Not As Sharp As Expected

Having just had ingrown toenail surgery and my nails cut professionally by a podiatrist, on the Doctor's recommendation I decided to get a quality nipper to keep on top of things. After reading about ones everywhere, I decided on this Erbe 91748 with a box joint and ordered it on 10/20/2022. The sturdy construction had great appeal and the slight curve of the blade seemed ideal. When it arrived, the solid, box-joint construction and the curve of the blade were perfect. The spring mechanism and overall size were great. I then put it in a drawer for a month, as my toenails had to grow out. When I recently went to use it, the blade edges were not that sharp. It could not cut through a big piece of nail, as traditional "cheapo" toenail clippers from a drugstore could with thin toenails, but only "nip" small pieces at a time. There was no risk of cutting my finger running it over the blade edges. This is my first nipper. Perhaps my expectations were incorrect and that to be able to cut thick nails for many years, it can not have a very sharp edge, but I expected sharper.
