    Unfortunately, because of high shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping for:

    • Orders outside U.S.A.
    • Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Associated States, Puerto Rico, US Military Addresses (APO, AFO, etc).

    For orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping, we offer discounted shipping rates. To calculate the rate to your destination, click on the "Estimate shipping cost" link on the shopping cart page. Shipping charges vary depending on the location, size, and weight of the package.

  • We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:

    • Products must be in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging.
    • For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.
    • Gift Cards, Hair Brushes, Nose Hair Trimmers, and Opened Sealed Containers cannot be returned.
    • Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit
    • The buyer is responsible for returning the items, and the refund will be issued only after we receive the merchandise. So we encourage our clients to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number.
    • Refunds cover the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.

Razor replacement.

This is the fourth Edwin razor that I have purchased. I love them. Hefty, feels great in my hand. I have never used any of my other safety razors since getting my first from this company. Now, to be truthful, the only issue I’ve had on two separate occasions is the razor head where you put the blade in. The threaded part has broken twice on two different razors, causing me to have to purchase a new razor. At the price of these, that is disturbing. I almost commented about this when I ordered the last razor just recently. I have spent considerable money for these razors and I’m a tad disappointed with regard to this. I obviously still bought the new razor, but I wasn’t thrilled about another hundred and some odd dollars to replace what was otherwise a great razor. Thank you for your time. Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Barely Classic DE safety Razor

One word describes this razor: Exceptional. Well worth the money, I walk out the house every morning with a super baby smooth face that lasts for hours. Quality razor at its best.

Chatsworth Barely DE Razor

I have been DE shaving for 30 years or more and I think this razor rate's as one of the best I have tried. All I can say is this razor is excellent, close shave every time, the head glides over the skin with ease. Should have bought this years ago, dont think I'd have bought other razors if I had. Further, the service and support from Fendrihan to make sure you are happy with this product is like a Castle Forbes shave cream cream: Top Notch!

Neck Broke

I bought this beautiful razor as a gift for my husband. After 4 months of use the razor head broke off from the handle. (Sorry that I do not know the correct part names.) I read this was a common occurrence with this brand because the metal screw is made of some weak metal. I took it to several repair places in my town and they cannot get the broken screw out of the handle. I am very disappointed that this $150 razor cannot be used and passed down to our sons. It’s beautiful. Just the one screw is made of inferior metal.

Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Barley Classic Double-Edge Safety Razor

If you're only going to get one DE razor, get this one. If you're going to get more than one, get this last, or you'll be disappointed with any you buy afterwards. I have several DE razors, and this is the best you can get. It feels and looks great. This is the razor I always look forward to using in my rotation.
