    Unfortunately, because of high shipping costs, we cannot offer free shipping for:

  • We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:

    • Products must be in their original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact. We cannot accept any products with missing or torn packaging.
    • For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.
    • Gift Cards, Hair Brushes, Nose Hair Trimmers, and Opened Sealed Containers cannot be returned.
    • Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit
    • The buyer is responsible for returning the items, and the refund will be issued only after we receive the merchandise. So we encourage our clients to send the return through a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking number.
    • Refunds cover the price of the purchased products plus applicable taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on the shipping charges are not refundable.

Not as expected

I have used the Baum.be pre-shave and wanted to try something different. Since I have sensitive skin I went with this brand, huge mistake. I’ve used this pre-shave 3 different times with the same razor, cream, and technique as my Baum.be. Each time my skin was red, irritated and burning. To confirm it was this pre-shave I went back to my Baum.be pre-shave without changing anything else from my routine and my skin was fine. It’s unfortunate items are non-returnable once they are used because you can’t tell whether there is a sensitivity issue until you use the product(s). Lesson learned stick with what works.

Works great in protecting your skin on that 'extra' pass!

As DE shavers, we all are aware that few of us have facial hair that grows in one direction that can be easily shaved with a 2x pass. TOB's pre-shave gel gives me extra protection/lubrication from irritation so I can do that third pass and achieve the BBS shave. The scent is the TOB's Sensitive Skin Shaving Cream.

Taylor of Old Bond Street Jermyn Street Sensitive Skin Pre-shave Gel

I got this as a gift at Christmas and have to say: I was initially skeptical of the price. I am not any longer. These past three weeks have been the best three weeks of shaving I've had. With a coarse beard and sensitive skin, I have had a hard time being kind enough to my face that I don't nick myself once or end up with some degree of razor burn. With this product, I have managed just that.
