  • We will offer a full refund or store credit for unused products if returned to us within 365 days of the order date. New, unused and unopened (for items that come in sealed packaging) merchandise will be refunded in full. Please note that:

    • For hygienic reasons, no used products can be accepted. Merchandise damaged by the buyer is not eligible for refunds.

    • Products returned 60 days after delivery date will receive a store credit

Good but not worth the price

It’s a good cream there’s no doubt about that. The scent is pleasant but it does seem a bit like candy to me. Lather was excellent and a little goes a long way. Bottom line is that this cream creates a great shave but there are a number of other lime scented creams and soaps that generate an equally good larger for half the price. One in particular by a company named after a great battle between the Scots and English over a bridge in medieval Britain ( hint hint). I recommend to those out there who are just dying to try it to go ahead and make the purchase because you will certainly enjoy this cream. At the end of the day I believe this is more that your buying the name of the product and not a quality that is superior to every other cream out there. One last note, the aftershave balm that matches this cream is superb 🙂.

The best lime-scented shaving experience!!! - Castle Forbes Lime Oil Shaving Cream

This product is the best, bar none! I had settled on Crabtree & Evelyn's West Indian Lime (when available!) but I knew there had to be something else . . . along comes Castle Forbes! Once you get past the price (believe me, it's worth it!) you'll indulge yourself in a truly exceptional experience. I use very little product (a few swirls of a well-soaked, badger brush) and find an incredible amount of foam, enough to shave with three passes (lather, shave down, rinse, lather, shave up, rinse, lather, shave horizontal) - I still have product left in the brush for a fourth pass! I truly love the smell of lime so this product is pure nirvana! I also find that my brush doesn't require cleaning as often . . . Make sure to also purchase the Castle Forbes Lime Aftershave Balm - your face will thank you for it!!! Fendrihan provided exceptional service/delivery - I couldn't find a better price for USA delivery!

Out of this world!

I had been waiting to try this cream since I ordered it from Fendrihan. As soon as I got it, I lathered up with a badger brush and shaved a small patch without showering or softening. Even with just that small sample I can tell this cream is leaps and bounds ahead of anything I've ever used before. The razor (a cartridge) glided over my skin and in three passes (lathering between each) I had the softest cheek I had ever touched. There was no pulling or burning sensation and the lime oil was not irritating. It is definitely a premium product and I am a newbie to true lathering, but I'm already totally sold.

Castle Forbes Lime Oil Shaving Cream

This is a great product - the best cream I've used. Wonderful natural key lime aroma that fills up the room. If used sparingly (and a very small amount is all that's needed), one tub can last for 7 months. However, it is very difficult to justify the price in comparison to other quality products like Trumpers, now that the price has jumped from $38 to $48.

Castle Forbes Lime Oil Shaving Cream

This is one of the best creams that I have ever used. It yields an outstanding lather, with great cushion and slickness. I don't need to use a pre-shave oil with this cream. I look forward to purchasing the other two fragrances later on this year.
